Email us with what you tried and what happened. Include your app version and device model if useful. Never send passwords or payment-card details.
Do not attach urge notes, plans, or journal photos unless necessary. Pipping never attaches them automatically.
Common fixes
For missing reminders, check the in-app reminder switch and system notification permission. For paid access, use the restore control with the purchasing Apple Account.
Pipping keeps personal records locally. Avoid deleting the app as a first troubleshooting step if you need its records.
Support and care are different
Pipping provides self-guided educational support. It does not diagnose, prescribe treatment, or promise a health result.
For bleeding, infection signs, persistent pain, significant distress, self-harm concerns, or a safety emergency, contact appropriate local care or emergency services.
