Pipping sends everyday reminders only when you turn them on. Notifications require your permission and remain under your device’s controls.
App instructions and features describe the release candidate. Public App Store release is pending.
A reminder you chose
The Toolkit includes “Set a gentle reminder.” Turn it on only if a prompt would be useful in your routine.
A reminder is an invitation to pause. It does not detect biting or watch your hands.
The phone controls delivery
Notification permission, Focus, and your device settings can affect what you see. Keep the in-app reminder choice separate from system permission.
If a reminder is missing, check the dedicated troubleshooting guide before reinstalling the app.
Everyday and weekly are different
Everyday reminders belong to the free tools. Pip Plan also offers an optional weekly check-in for the planning journey.
