Keep the moments you noticed
A pip records a moment you noticed. The nest grows with those moments and does not erase them after a lapse.
App instructions and features describe the release candidate. Public App Store release is pending.
A growing nest, rather than a daily test
The home screen shows your pips and Pip’s current nest stage. A later bite does not undo an earlier moment of attention.
The screen also separates urges noticed from pauses completed. Those are different actions.
Read the numbers for what they are
The count reflects recorded app activity. It is not a count of every urge or proof that biting has stopped.
You can use the record to remember a small action you tried without turning it into a health score.
