Notice the moment without judging it

Urge logging keeps a small record of a moment you noticed. It does not require you to avoid biting before you can save it.

App instructions and features describe the release candidate. Public App Store release is pending.

A useful note can be small

Choose the familiar moment and the pull you felt. Add only the detail you want to remember.

A note such as “reading at my desk” can be more useful later than a long account you do not want to write.

Private by design

Entries stay in local app storage. Pipping has no account or developer server for your urge notes.

The Apple Watch companion can send supported moments to the paired phone. This is separate from cloud sync.

What the record can tell you

Saved entries describe what you chose to log. They cannot show every urge, diagnose a condition, or measure treatment success.
