Give your hands another job

Six ways to make a little space

  • Paws down offers a short, still pause.
  • Pip’s fidget switch gives your hands something else to hold.
  • Ride one small wave invites you to notice the urge.
  • Breathe with Pip provides a quieter pause.
  • Smooth the snag focuses on a rough edge.
  • Hands-busy reset offers another small hand action.

Choose the action, rather than a perfect result

A reset is a chance to try something. You can stop or change the action if it feels uncomfortable.

After a reset, the app asks whether it softened the moment. An honest answer helps you reflect on what fits.

Free from the first pause

Every immediate reset stays free. Pip Plan adds the longer planning journey, rather than restricting immediate support.
