Remove your local Pipping data
Delete a journal photo inside Pipping to remove that entry. To remove all local app records, use your device’s app deletion controls.
App instructions and features describe the release candidate. Public App Store release is pending.
Before deleting the whole app
- Check whether you want to keep any information currently stored only in Pipping.
- Touch and hold Pipping on your Home Screen.
- Choose Remove App, then Delete App, and confirm.
- Check any other device or original photo library separately.
Offloading is different
Offloading can keep app documents and data. Removing an icon from the Home Screen can also leave the app installed.
Choose app deletion when you intend to remove the installed app and its local data.
Backups and purchases have their own controls
Apple backup restoration can affect app data. The private journal photo files are marked to stay out of backups.
Deleting Pipping does not refund its one-time purchase. There is no Pipping server account to close.
