Where Pipping keeps your records

Pipping keeps personal app records in local storage. It does not provide a developer server, account, or cloud sync for those records.

App instructions and features describe the release candidate. Public App Store release is pending.

Your phone and iPad are separate

Installing the app on two devices does not copy a plan or journal between them.

Supported Watch messages can travel to the paired phone. That companion route is different from general cloud sync.

A storage warning matters

If normal storage is unavailable, the app explains when entries are temporary. Read the warning before closing the app.

Check available device storage. Do not assume a completed screen means a record will survive a relaunch when a warning remains.

Think before reinstalling

App deletion may remove local records. Apple handles device backups separately, and journal photo files are excluded from backups.

Restoring paid access does not recreate private entries. Support cannot retrieve records from a developer server that does not exist.
