Practical guides
Read Your Private Patterns in Pipping
In Pip Plan, open “See your private patterns.” The screen summarizes situations from saved urges and answers to reset check-ins. It works on the device and reflects only the moments you chose to save.
App instructions and features describe the release candidate. Public App Store release is pending.
Moments you notice
Situation counts show how saved urges were labeled. The total also includes entries without a chosen situation. A frequently recorded setting may be something to prepare for, but the screen does not count every bite.
If there are no clues yet, log an urge and choose a situation when one comes to mind. Do not invent a situation just to fill the screen.
What felt a little softer
Reset summaries include check-ins that felt softer and answers that did not. Read the number alongside the number of answered check-ins. Unanswered resets do not establish what you felt.
A helpful pause is not proof of lasting change. A small sample does not establish which action will always help.
Use one clue practically
The screen can suggest preparing a comfortable action for a repeatedly recorded moment. Choose whether that idea fits your own experience, then update the living plan if useful. There are no scores or rankings to chase.
