A meeting preparation check
- Choose a quiet object or comfortable resting position.
- Avoid an action that hurts or distracts you.
- Check whether camera framing or workplace rules matter.
- Decide whether to keep the phone out of the meeting.
Make the note afterward
You can record a short observation after the call ends. Pipping does not need to stay open throughout a meeting.
A note can distinguish listening from speaking or taking notes. It should describe your experience, not infer what others saw.
Keep the plan practical
When I am listening without typing, I will give my free hand the quiet action I prepared.
Skip a reminder that would interrupt the call. The app does not need continuous use to hold a later note.
