Add up your planned pause time

Multiply pauses per day by seconds per pause and the number of days. The result is planned timer time, not a health prediction.

PLANNED TIMER TIME

10 minutes and 30 seconds

A worked example

Three pauses a day, each lasting 30 seconds, over seven days total 630 seconds. That is 10 minutes and 30 seconds.

The calculation excludes opening the app, reading instructions, and reflection. It does not recommend how many pauses to take.

The counting convention

Use whole days and whole pauses. Zero pauses returns zero time. Seconds per pause must be between 1 and 3,600.

Days run from 1 to 366, and pauses per day from 0 to 100. Invalid or fractional inputs do not produce a result.
